5个黄金跟进策略,让客户不再“已读不回”
开发信石沉大海?报价后杳无音讯?别急,也许不是产品不好,而是你“不会跟进”。
💡 客户不回,原因很多,不要盲目催!
客户可能忙碌、出差、忘了,也可能正在犹豫比较,贸然催促只会适得其反。正确的思路是:制造理由 + 提供价值 + 控制节奏。
⏰ 跟进的“节奏”要对,别一天三封!
首次跟进建议在开发信发出后3-5天。后续可间隔5-7天。如果超过3封无回复,可拉长至10-15天。记住,每一封邮件都要有新内容。

【客户已读未回】:温和提醒+制造紧迫感。
模板:Kindly note that the quoted prices are valid till [日期] due to recent raw material fluctuation.
【客户完全没回过信】:换角度,制造“动机”。
模板:I noticed your company works in [industry]. We recently helped a similar client reduce their sourcing cost by 18%.
【报价后无回应】:强调报价时效+市场动向。

【样品寄出无回应】:强调客户体验感受。

【多封跟进无回音】:尝试“退出策略”。

➕ 附加小技巧
邮件结尾别只写“Looking forward to your reply”。给客户“动作选项”效果更好,例如:
